Demand or breach notice

• identify the parties and contractual relationship
• state the obligation and the facts said to constitute default
• list invoices, payments, correspondence and other evidence
• state the requested remedy and a proportionate response date
• verify governing law, forum, service method and any contractual notice clause

Tenancy or rental-dispute document

• identify the emirate and competent rental authority
• include the tenancy contract and registration details where applicable
• record notices, rent payments, maintenance evidence and communications
• check the local notice and filing rules before service

Court or authority document

• confirm whether the matter is federal, local-emirate, DIFC or ADGM
• use any mandatory official form
• verify Arabic or bilingual filing requirements
• check jurisdiction, service, limitation and appeal deadlines
